Nordic Walking Beginner courses. 4 week course starting Tuesday 7 April, 2 times available 17:45–18:45 and 19:00–20:00. All equipment provided, places are limited and pre-booking essential.
Evening Nordic walking beginner courses are starting in Belper this April.
Fun, social, and a fantastic full-body workout.
It's £52 for a block of 4 hour long lessons. You'll be in a small group for quality instruction and poles are available to borrow within the price.
