Trilogy Active Teams Up with BBC Radio Derby Supporting BBC Children in Need
Trilogy Active proudly participated in a heartwarming and slightly wobbly challenge in support of BBC Children in Need 2025. On Wednesday 5 November, BBC Radio Derby presenters Becky Measures and Dom Dietrich visited Belper Leisure Centre to take on part of a nationwide three-legged walking challenge.
As part of a UK-wide effort, radio presenters across the country attempted to walk a thousand miles—but here was the twist: they did it three-legged! BBC Radio Derby committed to completing 25 of those miles, and Trilogy Active was delighted to support them in partnership with Walk Derbyshire.
Over 26 walkers joined the fun, including the beloved Pudsey Bear, who lifted spirits and celebrated every step taken toward this incredible cause. The event was broadcast throughout the day on BBC Radio Derby, allowing listeners to tune in and follow the action live.
“We were absolutely thrilled to be part of this wonderfully quirky challenge for BBC Children in Need,” said John Fletcher, Managing Director of Trilogy Active. “Supporting our local communities is at the heart of everything we do, and we were proud to stand alongside BBC Radio Derby and Walk Derbyshire to help make a real difference.”
