Ambergate Supercar Sunday event August 3rd
Sunday August 3rd sees the Great British Car Journey at Derwent Works, Ambergate, DE56 2HE, host its Supercar Sunday event. Although the best-known are Ferraris and Lambroghinis, the UK made its fair share of supercars with AC, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Lotus and TVR.
Visitors can not only see a wide variety of models, with a number of owners' clubs attending this event, but can also tour the museum with its full interactive experience, taking them through the history of the British motor industry from the early 1900s to the current day, with over 140 cars on display, featuring some for the most popular and iconic British cars, family favourites and forgotten heroes.
The August 3rd event itself features, and invites owners of, some of Europe's highest performance cars. Come along and see, or better still bring your own supercar for fellow enthusiasts to enjoy and benefit from a discounted admission by clicking the link below.
