Ambergate Japanese car event June 29th
Sunday June 29th sees the Great British Car Journey at Derwent Works, Ambergate, DE56 2HE, welcome a host of Japanese cars from the world's best selling car of all time the Toyota Carolla, the rare K-cars, (micro and city cars) to the essence of the 'Midnight Society' Nissan GTRs and Toyota Supras which gave birth to the sport of drifting.
Visitors can not only see a wide variety of models, with a number of owners' clubs attending this event, but can also tour the museum with its full interactive experience, taking them through the history of the British motor industry from the early 1900s to the current day, with over 140 cars on display, featuring some for the most popular and iconic British cars, family favourites and forgotten heroes.
