The magical Mother Goose will make an egg-selent Christmas at Derby Arena

Published on Wednesday 11 January 2023

Pantomime lovers assemble, we’re delighted to announce that Mother Goose will be landing at Derby Arena this December.

After the success of Aladdin, we are looking to 2023. Mother Goose will egg-cite audiences at Derby Arena, as Derby’s own award-winning Dame, Morgan Brind returns along with team behind the smash-hit Aladdin.

Mother Goose has a loving family who drive her quackers, a bird sanctuary for peaky poultry in the village of Squalkstone and even a magical goose that lays golden eggs. She has everything anyone could possibly wish for, except the one thing she really wants, to be beautiful.

When she makes a deal with Demon Vanity, a little fowl play means she gets a lot more than she bargained for.

Join us on this flight of fancy as the Egg-selent Morgan Brind (award winning Best Dame) returns for this egg-stra special show packed full of hilarious yokes! Produced by Derby based Little Wolf Entertainment and Derby LIVE - It’s going to be a cracking panto!

With s-peck-tacular sets, breath-taking special effects, egg-squisite costumes and mountains of mayhem, the team behind previous smash-hit Derby Arena Pantomimes are hatching a plan to make this the perfect action-packed adventure guaranteed to have the whole family honking with laughter.

Why shell out more than you need to, Book before the Wed 31 May 2023 to take advantage of our “early bird” offer.

2022’s pantomime, Aladdin, received stand-out reviews:

“Aladdin will no doubt enhance Little Wolf’s reputation as one of this country’s top panto producers” British Theatre Guide

“A DAZZLING SPECTACLE of colour & glitter” Derby Days Out

“ONE OF THE BEST SHOWS, we’ve ever seen” Boom Magazine

Tickets for children under 5 are £10 and other concessions, group, school and family tickets are available. Discounted early-bird tickets are on sale now, offering a saving of £2 per ticket when you book by Wed 31 May 2023, helping you plan next year’s festive treat.
