Man charged with drug offences and possessing a knife
A man has been charged with drug offences and allegedly possessing a knife after a car was stopped at Tibshelf Services.
At about 5.30pm on April 13, officers stopped a car allegedly being driven the wrong way along a one-way system at the services.
During a search, officers found a knife and wraps of suspected drugs.
Adeel Hussain (18) of Almond Street, Derby, was arrested and later charged with possessing a knife in public, possessing heroin and cocaine with intent to supply and possessing cannabis.
He is due to appear before magistrates in Derby today.
