Ambergate '90s and Noughties event August 10th
Sunday August 10th sees the Great British Car Journey at Derwent Works, Ambergate, DE56 2HE, host its 90s and Noughties event. This is the event for modern classic cars built from 1990 to 2010 and encompasses, sportscars, hot hatchbacks, super-saloons and humble family cars alike. A period when the MPV and SUV came to the fore, cars of all makes and models from the period are welcome.
Visitors can not only see a wide variety of models, with a number of owners' clubs attending this event, but can also tour the museum with its full interactive experience, taking them through the history of the British motor industry from the early 1900s to the current day, with over 140 cars on display, featuring some for the most popular and iconic British cars, family favourites and forgotten heroes.
The August 10th event itself features, and invites owners of all classes and makes of car from the around new Millenium. Come along and see, or better still bring your own modern classic for fellow enthusiasts to enjoy and benefit from a discounted admission by clicking the link below.
