Ambergate Hot-Hatch event July 13th
This Sunday July 13th sees the Great British Car Journey at Derwent Works, Ambergate, DE56 2HE, welcome a host of models from the 1980s. The heyday of the Hot-Hatchback, Ford XR models, Astra GTEs and Golf GTis all are welcome.
Visitors can not only see a wide variety of models, with a number of owners' clubs attending this event, but can also tour the museum with its full interactive experience, taking them through the history of the British motor industry from the early 1900s to the current day, with over 140 cars on display, featuring some for the most popular and iconic British cars, family favourites and forgotten heroes.
The July 13th event itself features, and invites owners of, some of the Britain's best-loved '80s cars. Come along and see, or better still bring your own '80s Hot-Hatch for fellow enthusiasts to enjoy and benefit from a discounted admission by clicking the link below.
