Ripley town centre payment office
In order for Amber Valley Borough Council to amend all of its customer front facing areas to the necessary Covid-19 protection levels we have taken the decision to keep the Ripley Payment Office closed in order to protect the safety of staff and customers. This decision will be reviewed regularly.
Please be aware you can pay for all our services online at www.ambervalley.gov.uk/make-a-payment.
- We also take payments over the telephone, contact us on 01773 841618 or 01773 841440 to make a payment over the phone.

Follow the recorded prompts to make your payment. Calls from a BT landline will be charged at the standard rate but other calls including those from a mobile may be considerably more.
- Residents are able to set up direct debits for their council tax by contacting 01773 841440 or by completing a council tax direct debit request form.
- Businesses are able to set up direct debits for their business rates by contacting 01773 841444 or by completing a business rates direct debit request form.
