Ilkeston police appeal for help to re-unite medals with their owner
One of Derbyshire Police's officers at Ilkeston is appealing for help in trying to re-unite some found medals with their owner.
The medals were found on Repton Drive in the town earlier this week on Monday, June 10.
Do you recognise the pictured medals?
PC Charlotte Law is trying to find the owner and says: “”It appears that at least one of the medals is from World War 1 and they must have some sentimental value to the owner.
“There are some distinguishing marks that we are not showing that will allow us to help verify ownership so we are asking if anyone recognises them or knows who they belong to, please make contact.”
