Motorcyclist killed in Belper collision
A 30-year-old man has died after his motorbike collided with a car in Belper.
The incident, involving a green Kawasaki motorcycle and a Riley RMA Saloon, occurred on Ripley Road at around 2.15pm today (Sunday, May 13).
The motorcyclist was transported to Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham where he was later pronounced dead.
The Saloon driver, a 66-year-old man, suffered serious injuries and is being treated in hospital.
