Here at House of Equilibrium I work with you from the inside out offering a diverse range of services to help raise awareness of, and improve your mental and physical health through massage therapy, exercise and learning meditation relaxation techniques.
In October 2018 Boutique Pilates & Wellness Studio opened its doors. It has been so lovely meeting new people, chatting, and watching the studio just come alive. The foundations have now been laid and I can't wait to continue to build a caring, sharing, supportive community, helping you feel good on the inside as well as out.
The studio will not only allow me to broaden my range of services but also give me the platform to collaborate with likeminded health and wellbeing professionals to share our experiences, knowledge and expertise through support groups and educational workshops.
These will provide advice and coping strategies to help minimise the effects that stress and mental health related conditions have on our lives, so that we can lead a happier, healthier one.
