Smash hit tribute acts are taking Derby Arena by storm!

Published on Friday 6 May 2022

Heading to Derby Arena are two outstanding tribute shows: Whitney Queen of the Night and This is hist'ry... right here... right now - a tribute to Oasis.

Both these outstanding tribute shows recreate not only the music, but the experience of seeing these talented performers.

This is hist'ry... right here... right now - A tribute to Oasis (14+) - Fri 23 Sep 2022

You gotta Roll With It…an Oasis tribute band is coming to town. This is hist'ry... right here... right now - A tribute to Oasis is Definitely Maybe rocking all the way to Derby Arena. Some Might Say this Supersonic evening isn’t one to be missed, as you were.

Initially formed in Derby in 1995, this collective of musicians bring to life the sound, swagger and the antics that defined Oasis for an arena show unlike anything you have seen or heard before.

Presented by Our Kid Promotions, this show promises audiences an unforgettable experience by recreating the sound, feeling and the fist pumping atmosphere of those historical shows at Knebworth, Maine Road, Wembley, which until now could only be relived on the likes of YouTube and DVD (if you are proper “mad fer it”).

As a show that has travelled the globe and been seen by thousands, it offers a nostalgic haven for those who were lucky enough to snag tickets back in the day, and an eye-opening experience for those who missed the chance to see one of England’s greatest bands live.

So, perfect your mod hair dos, grab your sunglasses and be your own Rock ‘n’ Roll Star. Get ready for this Britpop evening to be remembered and join us at Derby Arena on Fri 23 Sep 2022 at 8pm. Don’t let this opportunity Slide Away.

Tickets are priced at £27 and are available now.

The sensational Elesha Paul Moses (What’s Love Got To Do With It?, The Voice, The X Factor) will take to the stage in the title role supported by a stunning live band to bring you this unique musical experience.

Prepare to be blown away by three decades of nostalgic hits, including I Wanna Dance With Somebody, One Moment In Time, I’m Every Woman, I Will Always Love You, My Love Is Your Love, So Emotional Baby, Run to You, Saving All My Love, How Will I Know, Million Dollar Bill, The Greatest Love Of All, and more.
