Appeal for witnesses after serious assault in Alfreton
Police Officers investigating a serious assault in Alfreton are appealing for witnesses and information.
Police were called to the incident in Nottingham Road at just after 11.40pm on Friday 20 September.
A woman in her 20s suffered serious facial injuries after being hit in the face with a metal pole. She was taken to hospital for treatment.
Two other people, a man in his 20s and and a woman in her 30s, were also assaulted. Their injuries are not serious or life-threatening.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has any CCTV or dashcam footage.
