Appeal after man allegedly assaulted during burglary in Alfreton
Police are appealing for information after a man was allegedly assaulted, and his home broken in to, in Alfreton.
The incident is thought to have happened between around 9.25am and 9.40am on Sunday 18 October at a house on George Street.
A man has reported that he went downstairs in his home after hearing a noise and saw two men wearing hoodies in the doorway. They have hit the man and then left. Nothing was stolen.
If anyone noticed anything suspicious in the area at the time, or has CCTV footage or information, please contact police using one of the following methods.
