Heanor Happy Cafe is a welcoming space for anyone interested in happiness and wellbeing.

Our October session will include a guest speaker and feel-good interactive activities with the opportunity to create your own jar of smiles Our Guest Speaker is Cheryl Beckworth - Director at Infinite Wellbeing and Owner of Grounded Goddess. We'll learn more about the importance of self-care, why it's a necessity and not selfish and make our own self-care circles.

How the evening will run: (loose agenda)
> 6-6.30ish: Arrival, order food and drinks, a jar of smiles activity. The kitchen will be staying open for this event, so please support the Community Caf' if you can! The food menu includes sandwiches, jacket potatoes, pizzas, and salads.
> 6.30-7ish: Feel-good interactive optimistic activities
> 7-8ish: Self-care discussion and activities

No need to book - you can just turn up but to help us plan effectively, it would be great if you could email happyheanor@outlook.com to confirm your interest or to ask any questions. If you're unable to make this event, join us for the next session on Thursday 2 November 6-8pm. Free to attend. Refreshments (including healthy food and drinks with a happy twist) are available for purchase.
