The Healing Sanctuary offers a variety of therapies and treatments to aid relaxation, reduce stress and promote well being. If you would like to unwind from the usual day to day stresses why not join us for a massage or a Reiki healing.
The Healing Sanctuary also offers training in Usui Reiki, Colour Reiki and Karuna Reiki.
Spiritual workshops are available including meditation, connecting with spirit guides, chakra balancing and much more.
We also have a Reiki Healing group held on alternate Wednesdays for those who would like to receive healing as well as those who would like to practice their healing techniques.
