Jo-plants is a small plant nursery in Heanor looking to increase the local insect populations and general bio-diversity of the area, we mainly sell our plants at Awesworth car boot and grow all of the plants ourselves without the use of chemical aids and we are trying to minimise the use of peat. We are currently using low amounts but are constantly trying to find new ways to remove the peat but still have a lovely usable compost.
As well as growing some stunning young plants that we will only sell to you once they are big enough to go straight into the ground, we also do a gardening service for the local area and will except all types of jobs big or small. We're not afraid of hard work and we're certainly not afraid to get our hands dirty.
