Pole Dancing Fitness classes are as follows:
• Monday 6:00 to 7:30 AND 7:45 pm to 9:15 pm
• Tuesday 5:45 pm to 7:15 pm AND 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
• Thursday 5:45 pm to 7:15 pm AND 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
• Friday 10:30am to 12:00pm
• Saturday 10:30am to 12:00pm
• Saturday 12:15pm to 1:15pm Practice Sessions,
Aerial Arts Fitness Classes are as Follows:
• Wednesday Night 8:15pm - 9:15pm (6 weeks course with 12 weeks break between them)
• Saturday Afternoon 1:30pm – 2:30pm (6 weeks course with 12 weeks break between them)
These classes include Silks, Hoop and Trapeze you will learn a little bit of each on each lesson so you can attend between 4 and 6 classes of the course without missing too much.

Saturday 1:30pm – 2:30pm ( 6 weeks course)
Private lessons:
Monday –Sunday day or night
Price £30 for one person £40 for two people £50 for 3 people £60 for 4 people these are one hour long and can be a combination of pole and aerial arts strength and flex training, dancing style or just one.
I have 7-8 50mm Chrome X Poles with a safety matt for each pole. MAXIMUM 2 TWO A POLE, but 80% of the time you have your own. I have two silks, two hoops and one trapeze.
There are a maximum of 16 students per class, so it is important to book in advance to avoid disappointment. If you need to cancel a class I need to know 24 hours before so I can inform those who may want to take your space.
Prices
Pole Classes: £45 for 4 lessons (any class within 2 months of first lesson)
Single Pole classes: £15.
Strength and Flexibility and Dancercise: £25 for 6 week course
Practice Sessions: £4 for the hour
Doubles Workshop £10 for the hour
Follow me Freestyle £5 for the hour
Aerial arts: £60 for 6 weeks, £52 for 5 weeks, £45 for 4 weeks
Achievements to work towards: I have 9 achievement levels to work towards. As you reach each one you will receive a medal. These are beginner, novice, intermediate, advanced Semi Professional and Professional. Also we do Double awards Amateur, Advanced and Professional
Loyalty Cards: As a thank you to our loyal students we are offering you a loyalty card. For every 15 classes you attend you will receive a £5 voucher to redeem from your next class payment.
What to wear: you need to wear shorts as you need your legs to grip the pole, any sort of top bare feet or socks you can also bring heels to wear but not advised at first. I have full clothing line for sale perfect for lessons or just the gym all different sizes (please ask for details)
Pole Dancing Parties
Emma’s Pole Dancing party makes a fabulous start to a hen night, birthday or girlie night out!
Pole Dance Party features a 90 minutes pole dancing session and is tailored exclusively to meet your needs. We usually begin by teaching you some basic spins, swings and static holds. We then choreograph these basic tricks into a fantastic routine, complete with transitional moves and some floor work. By now, you’ll be ready to show off your moves and after a little practice, it’s time to strut your stuff.
Cheaper than you think!
Cost includes: private tuition 90 minutes Pole Dancing session, Standard price is £12 per person.
We ask for a small deposit to be paid in advance and we’ll expect full payment 14 days before the party date. Please note the minimum number for these options is 8 party guests. We are happy to cater for smaller parties, however we arrange and cost these slightly differently, please let me know if your party is likely to be less than eight guests. If you have more than 14 guest the price goes down per person so please contact me for details.
Socializing: I will be organizing regular social events for students such as pole jams, nights out and other activities. Everyone will be notified of these up and coming events.
