Julie Shaw has over 25 years experience of therapeutic work with clients. Using a Mindfulness approach to her work. Julie orginally trained at Derby University as a Psychodynamic Counsellor and recently updated and refreshed her skills with the Karuna Institute in Devon.
First session Free. This is a complete session where you can get to know Julie and how she works. You may only need between 3 and 6 sessions for change to occur. Although long term work is also available. Each session lasts for an hour and is £30.00. Pay for 4 in advance for £100.00.
Julie works with the whole person as opposed to the type of problem you are currently having. The work you do together is not defined by your issues. But as a guide, clients with anxeity, stress, life changes, relationship issues, grief and loss, Infertility and depression are the basis of most peoples suffering and all respond well to a talking therapies approach.
