It’s a Korean martial art, which is not only an effective form of self-defence but a recognised sport and an excellent way of maintaining all-round fitness.

Who Are We?
Alfreton Tae Kwon-Do Club is a non-profit club. Classes are taken by nationally-qualified blackbelt instructors in a safe, friendly environment where you can relax, meet friends, have fun and release stress. Everyone is welcome, NO boundaries, NO prejudices.
