Set in the peaceful village of South Wingfield on the edge of the Peak District close to Crich and Matlock, we are a friendly members' club with lots to offer.
We are open Monday to Friday from 5pm, Saturday from 7pm unless otherwise stated and Sunday from 12pm till 4pm and then from 7pm. The price of adult membership is a staggering £6 per year!
Friday nights includes all sorts; bands, disco, games nights, singles nights... and Saturday nights often follow a similar pattern. On Sunday and Moday nights there are bingo sessions.
Our facilities include a concert/function room available for hire (depending on dates), a comfortable bar area, cheap beer and a friendly welcome from our steward.
A Games room provides pool and darts and opens out onto a patio area with access to a comprehensive children's play area set in three acres of mown grassland, giving plenty of room for the kids to stretch their legs.
We also have a bowling green that our members can use, either socially or competitively. Whatever your standard, beginner or expert, you will be welcome. There is little better on a warm summer's evening, than a game of bowls and a drink from the bar.
