Residents in Ripley can catch up with local police over cuppa
Residents in Ripley have the chance to catch up with a copper over a cup of tea or coffee this Friday (31 January).
The event is being held at Sainsbury’s Café, at the Ripley Superstore for people to call in and chat about concerns over a hot drink.
Officers from the Ripley Town Centre Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team will be there between 10am and 12 noon, and then again between 5pm and 7pm. No appointment is necessary.
There will also be a chance to pick up information and advice on crime prevention, and the opportunity to sign up for Derbyshire Alert to be kept updated of crime in their neighbourhood.
If you are not able to make the event but would like to speak to officers they can be contacted through the following non-emergency methods:
- Facebook – send us a private message to /DerbyshireConstabulary
- Twitter – direct message our contact centre on @DerPolContact
