Police Performance under the spotlight at Commissioner's Board Meeting

Published on Wednesday 15 May 2019

The Police and Crime Commissioner, Hardyal Dhindsa is set to review the progress being made in Derbyshire in tackling the impact of drugs and alcohol on communities.

His Strategic Priorities Assurance Board meets on Monday 20 May, when the Commissioner will consider the work of the police, partners and his own Office in tackling substance misuse, one of his Strategic Priorities.

Other items on the agenda include his own Engagement and Consultation programme, reports on the Grants he has awarded, feedback on recent HMICFRS Inspections and a review of the Police and Crime Plan.

The meeting will take place at Force Headquarters (Butterley Hall, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3RS) at 2pm on Monday 20 May and will begin with 30 minutes of public questions.

Questions can be asked in person at the meeting or submitted via www.slido.com (code #SPA195), or sent via email to the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (pccoffice@derbyshire.pnn.police.uk). All questions will be answered either at the meeting or shortly afterwards if the information needed is not at hand.

Members of the public are welcome to observe the full meeting but may not take part once the question period has closed.

The full agenda is available online at the Police and Crime Commissioner's website.
