Show Homes Open at Derbyshire Development

Published on Tuesday 7 September 2021

Peter James Homes has given house buyers the chance to get an initial look around the first two show homes at its Woodlands Heights development in Derbyshire.

The East Midlands developer has now officially opened the doors to its 'Poppy' and 'Birchfield' show homes at its site in Bullbridge, where buyers who had reserved properties, could get a first glimpse of the two new homes.

The Marketing Suite has also now opened to the general public from Thursdays to Mondays for the very first time.

Kerri Bywater, of Bagshaws Residential, said: "We are really excited and love the huge level of interest in this site. The buyers who visited our show homes this weekend were really impressed to see Peter James Homes’ high specification come to life.

“Both the layouts and the mix of homes across the development have created a real authentic rural feel, which is drawing interest from all over the country.

"Another talking point for buyers has been the beautiful mix of brick and stonework throughout the development, which echoes the styles of neighbouring communities here in Bullbridge."

Tastefully designed by the experts at Claude Hooper Interiors, The Poppy is a detached family home with a spacious kitchen-diner, three double bedrooms and one en suite. It forms part of Phase One of the 148-home development, nestled in the undulating Derbyshire countryside overlooking the picturesque River Amber.

The Birchfield is a grand four-bedroom detached home with a spacious kitchen-diner and bi-fold doors leading out to the garden, as well as a separate snug/study and utility room

Once construction is completed on all phases of the development, it will boast a total of 12 different home styles, including the two-bedroom Amber and Bluebell.

The first properties on the development are expected to be completed by September, with smaller houses coming in on later phases. Every home comes with a 10-year NHBC warranty.
