Appeal for witnesses after serious assault in South Normanton
Officers investigating a serious assault in South Normanton are appealing for information to help with their enquiries.
The incident, which occurred at around 6.25pm yesterday (20 November) in the Market Place, South Normanton, saw a 19-year-old man from the Alfreton area receive serious injuries after being assaulted by two men.
He was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable in condition.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at around the above time, in particular, they want to speak to anyone with dashcam footage or CCTV that may have captured the incident.
