Celebrating Cromford is our annual village festival, with many events and entertainments running from 4 pm on Friday (historical walk) 19th. June until 5 pm on Sunday 21st June (garden party), including on Saturday 20th June, senior and junior fell races, the school fair on Saturday morning, stalls and events on Scarthin Promenade, as well as at Cromford Mill and Wharf. Book early for guided tours of the Goodluck Mine. Evening outdoor live music. Arkwright 1924 sell-up historical ehibition. Cromford is accessible by direct bus from Alfreton, Ripley, Sheffield, Chesterfield, Belper, Derby, Buxton, Bakewell and Ashbourne and by rail from stations to and beyond Nottingam. If driving we recooemd parking at or near Cromford Meadows DE4 3RQ (pay and display)
