The Old Strutt's school- Belper, Derbyshire.
This charismatic school building, named after the founder and creator, Herbet Strutt (George) was opened in 1909 and remained a school until its closure in 2007. Originally situated opposite the Babington workhouse the school is steeped in history and has had many comings and goings over the years from staff to students, including a young group of evacuees who attended during the second world war.
There have been reports of shadow figures throughout the building, furniture moving, distant voices and even a piano being played to name but a few noted experiences in this must see location. It is safe to say that The old Strutts school is rife with paranormal activity and is not an investigation to be missed!
