Thanks for your interest in a stall in 2014. There will be 11 market dates in 2014, and 30 stalls available each market. Although if demand is greater than this, there is the option of renting another room and expanding the market further.
The market will be split into 2 categories next year. Vintage and Art and Crafts. There will be 12 vintage stalls and 18 art and craft stalls.
Our NEW VENUE is The Strutts Community Centre on the A6 in Belper, opposite the Babbington Hospital. It has 3 car parks, will run a café along side the market and is a very impressive building.
Our new market times will be 10am – 2pm every month, with set up from 9.20am. Please do not come earlier, as it will mean the market incurs extra charges and the building might not be open.
There is parking behind the building in the old playground which is accessed through the main car park. I can then open a back door and you will be right next to the hall to unload.
Stall prices are £10 per market, with a one off charge of £2.50 when you book. The £2.50 will go towards public liability insurance for the market and publicity.
The market continues to be non-profit making and run totally by volunteers, please be nice to us!
So here are the 2014 dates: please note there is no market in January
Feb 1st, March 15th, April 12th, May 3rd, June 14th, July 12th, Aug 9th, Sept 13th, Oct 11th, Nov 15th and Dec 13th.
You may book in for more than one market. It will work on a first come, first served system. Please state if you want a vintage stall or craft stall.
To avoid over booking on each date could you please email me at belperartandcraftsmarket@outlook.com with which stall dates you would like. I will send you out a booking form for the dates requested (if available) and reserve the stalls for you. You will then have 1 month to return the form with full payment. If the form isn’t returned within that time your place will be offered to someone on the waiting list.
This year every stall booked up in just 2 weeks!!
