Looking to unlock housing development sites in Amber Valley?
A special event to help individuals, builders and developers looking to unlock housing development sites in Amber Valley will be held on 22 June in Alfreton.
The event will provide an opportunity to meet with the Housing and Communities Agency, Local and County Authorities and agencies to find out about the building opportunities and financial support available to stimulate new build in the Borough. The event will also be an opportunity to network with other developers and help explore initiatives to get sites moving and houses built in Amber Valley. It will also highlight routes to finance for those wanting to construct a minimum of five houses.
There will be presentations discussing finance initiatives assisting with infrastructure and construction, and the chance to learn about innovative construction methods and volumetric techniques that can unlock sites for development.
Presentations will include:
- Home Builders Fund
- HCA Ways of Working and Investment
The event, organised by Amber Valley Borough Council, will provide information and highlight opportunities to assist with the delivery of housing within the local area and introduce potential developers to government and support agencies to discuss individual sites, including any issues which surround their development and viability.
