Pupils and staff at Ripley Lons Infant School are celebrating a 'good' Ofsted report
Pupils and staff at Ripley Lons Infant School are celebrating a ‘good’ Ofsted report after government watchdogs visited. “Teaching standards, pupil’s achievement and the schools environment were all praised” said chair of governors Tracey Slack.
This also coincided with the schools launch of its very own on site forest school which has been two years in the making.
If you have children starting school in the near future and wish to visit the school please call the school secretary on 01773 744319, visit the school on new parents evening Tuesday 18th June at 6.30pm or visit our new website www.lons.derbyshire.sch.uk where you can read the full Ofsted report.
The woodland was used as a case study on http://forestschools.wordpress.com/forest-schools-related-research-articles-and-books/case-studies/
