DCC Announce an Emergency Temporary Road Closure in Belper

EMERGENCY TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
A6 MATLOCK ROAD, BELPER
WHEN: From 22 April 2013 to 25 April 2013, between 20:00hrs and 06:00hrs each night.
WHERE: A6 Matlock Road, Belper from its junction with A517 Bridge Foot to its junction with Cemetery Road.
REASON: Carriageway resurfacing on railway bridge.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: A6, Broadholme Lane, Crich Lane, B6013 Chesterfield Road, A609, A6 and vice versa.
HGVs under 15’3’’(4.7m) high: A6, A610, A38, A6 and vice versa.
HGVs over 15’3’’(4.7m) high: A6, A5012, A515, A517, B5023, A6 and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire 08456 058 058.
This notice is given under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
