Sponsored hair cut for Little Princess Trust
Donna Brewster, aged 43 years had 36cm of her hair removed on 20/2/17 at Slimming World Hair & Beauty. She has donated her hair to the Little Princess Trust to be used in a real-hair wig’s for children who have sadly lost their hair through cancer treatments. The charity was set up in Memory of Hannah Tarplee ‘a little princess’ who lost her battle in 2005. Originally set up by Hannah’s parents, her school and friends. The charity provides free of charge, real-hair wigs for both boys and girls.
Donna is a part time senior nurse practitioner and a ‘Puppy Walker’ for guide dogs and she is very fortunate to look after Odin, a guide dog puppy aged 9 months old who was present at the event and supporting Donna.
Donna is still fundraising as she would like to raise £350, the average cost of each wig the charity purchases. If you would like to donate please use the following website: http://www.justgiving.com/Donna-Brewster
