Classic motorcycles return to Heage Windmill
It has been two years since we last saw the wonderful classic motorbikes at the mill – but they are back on Sunday 12th September. It doesn’t matter if you can’t tell a Vincent from a Velocette or a KTM from a Kawasaki, just come along and see, hear and smell motorcycling gloss and nostalgia. Awards will be given, the best bike on the day receiving the Dave Cleaver Trophy. The event will run from 11am to 3pm
There is no entry or parking charge but donations for the upkeep of the windmill will be gratefully received. Light refreshments will be available (including a burger van) and, wind permitting, the sails will be turning. Our ever popular Bric a Brac stall will be set up (weather permitting) and stoneground flour milled on site will also be available.
Make a date and come and join us on Sunday 12th September. We look forward to again being able to welcome visitors to the very well-known Heage Windmill events.
