Brand New Amateur Boxing Club In Somercotes
Derbyshires newest amateur boxing club, in Somercotes, has recently been affiliated.
The club is based at the Shinfield Boxing Gym but it is totally self funding
Jay Shinfield of Shinfield Gym said
"If it hadnt been for the backing of local company Elite Construction, the club wouldn't be operational"
The club will hold its very first open amateur boxing show at The Genesis Centre in Alfreton on Sunday 15th February. Boxing will start at 2.30pm and the show will feature 10 boxers from the Somercotes Elite Boxing Academy, 4 from Pro Fitness in Clay Cross and others from Shepshed ABC
Tickets are selling very fast with only a few ringside ones remaining
The tickets are priced at
Ringside: £15 adults £8 kids
Outer: £10 adults £5 kids
