Heanor and Loscoe officer takes to Twitter to keep local residents informed
Residents in Heanor and Loscoe can be kept in the loop with policing issues in their community by following local officers on Twitter.
PCSO Courtney Chetwyn, who has recently joined the Heanor and Loscoe Safer Neighbourhood Team is the latest officer to take to the social media site and will be keeping residents updated as she tweets on the beat.
Courtney will be tweeting about crime prevention advice, police initiatives and any dates for the diary, such as Community Panel Meetings, to help set policing priorities.
To follow the policing team on Twitter, visit the social networking site, search for @HeanorLoscoeSNT and click ‘follow’.
The Heanor and Loscoe Safer Neighbourhood Team and all other Safer Neighbourhood Twitter profiles will appeal for information on crimes through Twitter but you should always report crimes by calling 101 or 999 in an emergency.
For more information or to speak to the team call 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police
