Belper Town Councillors wage war on litter, come and join in!
Belper Town Councillors, Rosie Hale, Katie Harris and Carol Angharad along with our Mayor, Councillor Emma Monkman, carried out a litter pick on Tuesday along by the river.
The area had become quite badly littered over the recent weekend and Councillor Monkman had noticed this whilst out dog walking.A call out to the Town Councillors resulted in a swift response and we are happy to see the area is now much improved.
If you're interested in joining in and helping out, please get in touch with the Town Council
