Man arrested following warrant at a property in South Normanton
A man has been arrested on suspicion of the production of drugs following a search at a property in South Normanton.
Officers from the local Safer Neighbourhood policing and investigation teams carried out the warrant on The Common on Wednesday 3 June.
They discovered more than 150 suspected Cannabis plants.
The 29 year old, who is from the local area, has been questioned and released on police bail while inquiries continue.
Safer Neighbourhood Team Sgt. James Bowler said: “We are continuing to work hard across the Amber Valley to target drug misuse, crime and anti-social behaviour, and to keep our communities safe.
