Urgent appeal to help find missing Ian Hartley

Published on Thursday 21 February 2019

Police are issuing an urgent appeal for information to help find missing Ian Hartley from Ilkeston.

Officers are growing increasingly concerned for the 43-year-old’s welfare and would like to hear from anyone who has seen him in the last few hours, or has information on where he might be.

Ian was last seen today (February 20) between 1.15pm and 1.30pm around Station Road.

He is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, of medium build, short brown hair and clean shaven. He was last seen wearing a black cap, green jacket, blue jeans and Adidas trainers.

Ian also has a distinctive spider web tattoo on his neck.

Have you seen anyone matching that description walking in the Ilkeston area this afternoon? Do you recognise Ian from the photograph?

If you have seen him, call us on 101 now and quote incident 631 of February 20.
