Edwardian Event at Crich Tramway Village
For those who were not interested in the World Cup or Wimbledon, Crich Tramway Village provided another option, with an Edwardian themed week-end on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th July.
The event included the 1874 Sheffield Horse Tram running, a re-enactment of Suffragettes and a demonstration by ‘stable boys’.
Entertainment was provided with escapology from Masquerade, interactive Music Hall and music from Newmount Brass Band.
Event organiser, Andrew Willis, said:
“The visitors who attended really enjoyed the activities and the addition of the horse tram”.
The horse tram will be in operation again at Crich Tramway Village on Monday 30th July.
